Richard Schwartz is a former Miami-Dade County Court Judge.  His office is in Boca Raton and his legal practice is focused on helping seniors deal with Wills, Trusts and other Elder Law issues.

He received his B.S. from the University of Florida and then served two years as an officer in the United States Navy.  He graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Schwartz is also Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Mr. Schwartz is proud to help seniors understand this complex area of the law and offer practical solutions to insure that his clients wishes and desires are addressed.

There is no charge for this initial consultation. Our service is provided on an as needed basis and is quite reasonable.

We will handle all of your daily financial affairs in your home in a  completely confidential manner. Whether it is it bill paying, budgeting, bank reconciliations, investments, insurance, file organization, tax planning for accountants or all of the above. I work with family and attorneys for proper current and future planning. I can arrange for cleaning service, repairs, supervise household employees and aides. I will assist with proper scheduling for doctors, dentists, etc. I also prepare quarterly reports for you and your family.
